What this document is
This is a public offer: the terms under which SOLALAB provides website, landing page, Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, automation, and related development services. By reaching out on Telegram and confirming an order (including by making a prepayment), the client agrees to the terms below.
What's included in the service
The final scope of work, functionality, and timeline are fixed in writing before payment starts, based on what the client described as the task. If the scope changes or expands compared to the original description during the work, that's agreed separately and may affect price and timeline.
Payment
Work begins once the scope is agreed and a prepayment is made. The payment method and schedule (full prepayment or staged, depending on project size) are agreed individually before the work starts. If no prepayment is made, the work is not considered started and no agreement is in effect.
Timelines
Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the task and are agreed individually when discussing the project. The estimated timelines shown on the site are a starting point for simple tasks, not a fixed commitment for every project without exception. Delays caused by the client (late feedback on mockups, missing materials, delayed answers to questions) push the final delivery date back accordingly.
Revisions
The price includes revisions within the originally agreed scope (typically one or two rounds, the exact number is confirmed when discussing the project). Changes beyond the original scope (new features, a different concept, additional integrations) are estimated and billed separately.
Deliverable and no guarantee of business results
SOLALAB guarantees that the deliverable (a website, bot, automation, etc.) matches the agreed scope and works correctly at the time of delivery. SOLALAB does not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales growth, lead volume, search rankings, ad conversion rates, or similar metrics: these depend on many factors outside the developer's control (market conditions, advertising budget, demand, competitors, the content the client adds after delivery).
Limitation of liability
SOLALAB's liability to the client for any order is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that order. SOLALAB is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business losses connected to the use of the deliverable. This limit applies to the extent allowed by applicable law and doesn't override any mandatory rights the client has as a consumer under local law.
Refunds
If work on an order hasn't started yet, the prepayment is refunded in full on request. If work has started but the result doesn't satisfy the client within the agreed scope, revisions (see above) take priority; if the parties can't reach agreement, a refund for the unfinished portion of the work is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Confidentiality of project materials
Materials, access credentials, and data provided by the client for the work aren't shared with third parties without the client's consent, except for technical services required for the work itself (for example, hosting). For how data on solalab.net itself is handled, see the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated, the current version is always available on this page. The terms in effect at the time a prepayment is made for a given order apply to that order.
